He will, however, have the services of senior guard Riley Morgan. He led the team in scoring last year (16 ppg). Three more seniors on the roster could get a chance to shine this year. Photo by Beth Tidwell The Madison Academic boys’ golf team suffered a disappointing loss after being beaten by McNairy Central in the regional tournament. After winning the district tournament by 12 strokes over Trinity Christian Academy, the Mustangs were upset after posting a team score of 310 ( 3 strokes better than their district score). Madison still recorded their best season in school history while being led by seniors Alex Eblen and Chris Hawks. Eblen qualified for state with a 74 at the regional tournament at the Tennessee River Golf Club. He is making his third appearance at the state tournament and is trying to better his 16th-place finish last year after firing rounds of 76 and 79. Sophomore Michael Hutcherson shot a 76 at…
