South Side takes down Dyer County

Photo by Roger Smith.  Dyer County quarterback Dylan Dye threw for over 300 yards Friday night at home, but Jackson South Side ended up winning the contest 22-14.  Dye had a big night for the second consecutive week, but the South Side rushing attack proved to be too much for the Choctaw defense to handle.  Daryl Rogers and David Smith each had big games as the Hawks won their season opener. The Choctaws fell to 0-2 on the season.  Kody King had 140 yards receiving for Dyer County.
