He hasn’t seen a lot of playing time, but he’s been around the program for long enough to slide into starting role smoothly. Senior Jay Jones (5-8, 175) is back at running back after rushing for 800 yards a season ago. Jeffrey Carlyle, a 6-0, 190-pound junior, will man the fullback position. Junior Bakari Trotter (6-3, 190) is a talented wide receiver with good size. Senior wide receiver Kenny Collins will also get a chance to contribute.
